As planned, the four of us arrived at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa at 7.30am and register ourselves at one of the booth where En. Zahrol, the Coc was standing. I am pretty sure that most of the participants have not yet arrived, judging from the short queue and also several boxes that are still sealed.
At 8.00 am, En. Zahrol make a quick briefing to all participants. While my team mate enjoys the morning sunshine, I noticed some of the familiar faces of seasoned hunters taking part in this hunt. I also notice Michael Pang, too. Maybe he will be covering this hunt event and posted on his blog, as usual.
The first part of the hunt involves answering 20 questions related to Pusat Sumber Transplant Nasional. The second part involves answering 15 questions whereby 10 questions can be answered directly by looking at several signages while the last 5 questions are cryptic questions.
4 out of 5 cryptic questions were easily cracked and spotted except for Question No. 4. “Pi, sounds like eye eye”. Who could have guessed that the answers would be “P3”, in which the answers can be spotted at the old Shell petrol kiosk? Aiyoh, how come I never realized that. Haha, nevermind…
Even though our team did not win, I personally believe that it was a good experience for our first timer team mate, Sakina @ Ckin. So far, she enjoys the hunt very much and always resourceful, giving out several possible answers even though I know the answers are wrong. But it’s good to have a “walking dictionary”, hehe…
Overall, it was a good outing for the four of us and honestly, I am proud with our team performance. Hopefully I can encourage more newbie and wannabe to join in our big family for the next treasure hunt event. I hope…
